My name is Judy, Austrian born, I travelled around the globe and lived in many parts of the world. And now i am in Whangarei. Every region has its unique cuisine and my style of cooking changed during my journey. Now, since I found the right time, the right spot and the right life balance I decided to combine my passion, my knowledge and my ambition to create something which is close to my heart. I create salts with different herbs and spices, colourful, tasty, and easy to use. I use herbs and spices and other ingredients only to complement the main ingredient of the dish and not to change the taste or overpower it.
My belief is: fish should taste like fish, chicken, carrots and all main parts of my dish should be enhanced and enriched but not overpowered by herbs and spices. All my creations are simple, easy to use, healthful, sustainable, colourful and with balanced flavour. We need salt every day, so why not use the purest sea salt and enhance the flavour, the colour, the taste and add something special to improve and maintain our health.
