With our youngest about to start school I realised my days as a stay-at-home Dad were coming to an end. Swing pushing, finger painting, and afternoon Lego sessions would soon be replaced by Auckland traffic and never-ending meetings. Before parking myself behind a desk, I wanted to create something for myself and our family. This started a curious journey that resulted in a micro chilli farm on our Silverdale property, and a pantry full of experimental Hot Sauce. With the encouragement of my wife and two daughters this is how Jolokia Farm came to be. With a passion for artisan products, our sauces are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and taste.
