Who are we? Jason, an award-winning internet producer who graduated top of his class from Le Cordon Bleu, is bringing his expertise as our Executive Pastry Chef. Ken, having ventured all over the planet in many facets of the entertainment business, has now brought his event coordination expertise to the Wairarapa and the ever-enticing streets of Greytown. Louise, defense attorney by day, wine aficionado by night… a passion taught to her by her late father, a respected and well-known wine expert in his own right. Tony, our head chef, is back in New Zealand after several years as a critically-acclaimed culinary artist in England and abroad. What are we about?
