This has been a major component to Saluté’s menu for over 17 years. It is gluten and dairy free, does not need to be refrigerated and has a long shelf life. Drizzle over anything from the oven or BBQ. including all meats or your roasted vegetable salad. A wonderful addition to crispy roast pork belly, vegetable or prawn stir-fry and fantastic with a bowl of steamed rice or noodles! The use is limited only by your imagination.
Usage Suggestions • Drizzle over your bacon and avocado on toast, or French toast • Use as an addition to your favourite marinade by adding oil, lime juice and fresh herbs (don’t use neat as marinade, it will burn) • Use as a base for a dressing for a smoked fish salad with rocket, beetroot, hazelnuts and coriander • Amazing with crispy fried eggs • As a base dressing for an Asian style roast beef salad with a touch of sesame oil, lemongrass and ginger.
