A tasty combination of green and black olives to enjoy as part of an antipasto platter, in a pasta sauce, or just on their own.
The green olives are South Australian Verdale, picked, and pickled green, and have a crunchy.
The black olives are picked and pickled once ripe and therefore have a softer texture compared to the green olives.
Each jar includes various varietals, and the olives are marinated in the grove blend olive oil, citrus (orange) , chilli, dried garlic and herbs, (including fennel).
