Ginger Pear Pistachio Cake Kit

The Caker


This kit makes a heavenly ginger-spiced cake, which is perfectly complemented by the taste and texture of pistachios and pears. 

The ginger glaze has quite a kick to it, so not always suitable for someone with a sensitive palette, but I purposefully made it this intense as an ode to my love for ginger.

All you need to add is milk, butter and pears (tinned or fresh).

Note: This cake can be made vegan by using dairy free milk and oil instead of butter.
