In its simplest form, Knækbrød is a seeded crackerbread originally made in Scandinavian countries as a substitute for bread during the colder months. Our Knækbrød have no artificial flavourings, dairy, sugar or yeast, just the natural flavours & oils from the seeds and a touch of sea salt.
Each pack of Knækbrød is handmade and contains over 33% seeds. We add no sugar, dairy or yeast and use only a small amount of sea salt as seasoning. We like to let the natural flavourings of the seeds speak for themselves. And we think this is where the magic lies. The result is one seriously addictive Knækbrød - because healthy should always be moreish!
