Mamia's Ethiopian Sauce Kiwi Hot

Mamia's is an Ethiopian cooking sauce, relish or marinade.

The unique flavour to the sauce comes from an Ethiopian spice mixture. Ingredients are NZ red onion, tomatoes, NZ garlic, ginger, Ethiopian spice mixture, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and water. Comes in mild, medium and Kiwi hot.

It can be used in a variety of dishes from a curry or stew to a pizza base sauce or a relish on a sandwich or burger.
