We blend naturally fermented red wine vinegar with our own rich Raw Manuka Honey.
The end result is not unlike a balsamic vinegar in that it’s got a fruitiness and a sweetness on the finish but it’s a lot lighter.
It’s great for drizzling over fresh oysters, dipping sushi and sashimi into and excellent for coating roasted vegetables. Add a dash to your fruit compote, it will really bring those fruits to life.
