Pure lemon juice, fresh ginger and sweet honey make  a warm and soothing drink anytime of the year (but especially good for those winter colds..)

Use one third tonic to two thirds hot or cold water. "Add a wee dram to make a toddy" 

Made the old fashioned way from the lemons grown in our own orchard.
