Our Herb Spread is a unique blend of fresh traditional and wild herbs in olive oil. Like a pesto but without nuts or dairy, we use the best quality herbs that we can source from local & organic suppliers. This unique recipe was developed after a whole year experimenting with local herbs growing vigorously on Waiheke Island, so that we could replicate exactly the same blend with fresh herbs every week of the year. Packed with flavour, antioxidants, vitamins & minerals, Herb Spread will enhance any snack or savoury meal. Waiheke Herb Spread has won both a Cuisine Artisan Award 2017 and a Silver Medal in the Outstanding Food Producers awards 2018.
Made with imported certified organic olive oil, locally grown fresh certified organic parsley, organic NZ Coral Tree apple cider vinegar and Pacific Sea Salt, certified organic garlic, certified and uncertified fresh organic herbs - rosemary, nasturtium, dandelion, plantain, NZ Spinach, Oregano, Thyme, Sage, Lavendar.
