From our Hawkes Bay greenhouses we grow a wide range of Chilli & Capsicum types for sale to the Restaurant trade in Hawkes Bay & to retail outlets throughout the North Island.
Sweet capsicum varieties grown include Yellow, Orange & Red bell peppers. Additionally we are continually evaluating new & different pepper (& chilli) varieties & release these to the market as & when they prove themselves suitable.
Our Chilli varieties include selected forms of the popular Jalapeno, Serrano, Habanero, Cayenne, Thai, Paprika & other South American or Mexican chillis.
From these chillis we produce, from our own recipes, a range of premium quality sauces, relishes, pickles & dried products. We pride ourselves on the purity & quality of our products & add no colouring or preservatives to any of our range
