Hi, we are Ani and Ben, originally from Argentina, but now permanent residents in New Zealand. We travelled the globe together embracing different cultures and enjoying their food. here you have a big influence of Asian and European kitchen, but nothing from South America. So we are reproducing South American sauces in New Zealand with local ingredients, using local ethically sourced ingredients. We are proud to be contributing to the economy, its people and its land.
