We are inspired by the seasons and abundance that central Otago has to offer. We are producers of small batch artisan Preserves, Curds, Pates and Dressings. Our focus is creative, innovative, fresh food. Our Chef Tineke Davey has over 20 years experience in catering, restaurants, on super yachts, weddings and private events.
Upon returning to NZ Tineke has taken her love of Central Otago and created a range of local Preserves, Curds, Pates and Dressings.
Here in Central Otago we are lucky to have an abundance of Stone fruit, quince & Pinot Noir grapes! The quince comes from Mt Barker Road and the grapes from Aitkens Folly vineyard.
Our small batch artisan Products are free of preservatives , additives and made for people who love good food. We have labelled each product with our favourite match, try it for your self. Enjoy!
