A blend of various varietals; Manzanillo, Leccino, Barnea and Frantoio. The flavour varies from year to year based on the fruit produced from each varietal. This oil has won gold and silver rewards at the ‘The Olive Oil Sommelier Associations of Japan’ annual competition which has an international judging panel from up to 14 countries.
