One of our own creations - a unique spread you can use just like Marmite - on toast or sandwiches . It contains the same ingredients as our Miso paste, but in a different ratio with less soybean and salt, and more rice that gives a sweeter taste than Miso paste.
Miso is fermented soy bean paste handmade with NZ grown soy beans, rice (Australian as we can't grow it in NZ), Blenheim natural sea salt (Organic of course), and Koji (Aspergillus oryzae) - a type of culture used for making sake.
Gluten free, GE free, MSG free.
