This is New Zealand's only Miso.
Miso is fermented soy bean paste handmade with NZ grown soy beans, rice (Australian as we can't grow it in NZ), Blenheim natural sea salt (Organic of course), and Koji (Aspergillus oryzae) - a type of culture used for making sake.
We ferment our miso for at least six months, and is unpasteurised so retains all the beneficial microorganisms.
Use to make your own miso soup, traditionally served with tofu, seaweed and spring onion. But please experiment with your favourite vegetables
